My Career Path
My desire to help people began many years ago when I was still in high school. To pursue my dream, I graduated with a master’s degree in Psychology from Warsaw University in Poland.
After relocating to the United States and working in the counseling field for a few years, I went back to school and graduated with a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Nova Southeastern University in Florida. This gave me an advanced understanding and new tools to help clients who struggle with relationships.
Becoming a wife and a parent myself gave me broader, real-life experience on how relationships can be complicated at times. I also realized that working on relationships is a lifelong process.
For the past 9 years I have been working with families, couples, and individuals, to help them to deal with high conflict situations, relationship issues, as well as new approaches to life and parenting.
In 2019 I started to work with private clients to help them with anxiety, depression, and a variety of other issues. Throughout this time I received additional training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy from the Beck Institute, and levels 1, 2, and 3 in marriage and couples therapy from The Gottman Institute.
I have been happily married for 25 years and have two grown up sons.
In my free time I pursue my other passion; photography. I also spend lots of time outdoors; climbing, hiking, skiing, or just sitting with a cup of coffee and observing the world.
