My Career Path
My desire to help people began many years ago when I was still in high school. Driven by this passion, I pursued my dream and graduated with a master’s degree in Psychology from Warsaw University in Poland.
After relocating to the United States and gaining experience in the counseling field, I sought to deepen my knowledge and skills. I returned to academia and earned a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Nova Southeastern University in Florida, providing me with advanced understanding and new tools to assist clients struggling with relationship issues.
Becoming a wife and a parent has enriched my real-life experience and broadened my understanding of the complexities of relationships. I have learned that maintaining and nurturing relationships is a lifelong journey.
For the past 13 years, I have dedicated myself to working with families, couples, and individuals, helping them navigate high-conflict situations, relationship challenges, and new approaches to life and parenting.
My professional development includes specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy from the Beck Institute, levels 1, 2, and 3 in marriage and couples therapy from The Gottman Institute, levels 1 and 2 in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, certification in Family Functional Therapy, and certification in the Triple P – Positive Parenting Program.
In 2019, I began working with private clients, focusing on relationship issues. I have been happily married for over 25 years and have two grown sons, which has given me invaluable insights into family dynamics and the evolving nature of relationships.
In my free time, I indulge in my passion for photography and spend a lot of time outdoors, whether climbing, hiking, skiing, or simply enjoying a cup of coffee while observing the world around me.
